We’re on the lookout for a Business Services Assistant Apprentice – someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, get stuck in, and make a real difference across the business. You’ll be the go-to person for all sorts of support tasks, from ordering workwear to sorting travel bookings and keeping our systems ticking over.
What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are the same! You’ll be:
- Keeping our shared inboxes in check and responding to requests
- Sorting lease vehicles and fuel cards
- Ordering and tracking workwear
- Managing employee vouchers including flu jab and long service awards
- Logging taxi journeys and chasing up any issues
- Helping with travel bookings, purchase orders, and office supplies
- Supporting our internal systems and travel platforms
- Organising team meetings and keeping us all on track
- Exploring development opportunities within Business Services and Reporting
This role involves occasional travel to other sites.
Office-Based for a Reason
We’re big on learning and collaboration, so you’ll need to be in the office regularly to get the most out of the role (and we promise, it’s a great place to be!).
What We’re Looking For
- GCSEs (A–C) in Maths, English, and Science
- A can-do attitude and a love for getting things done
- Great communication and people skills
- Super organised and able to juggle tasks like a pro
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
