About the role
North Northamptonshire Council are recruiting for an experienced Business Support Officer to support the Approved Mental Health Professionals within the Emergency Duty Team.
Your main duties would be to support the AMHP team, which includes supporting with a busy duty desk with internal and external customers/agencies. Supporting safeguarding people’s rights via Protection of Property with AMHPs or other social care professionals. As well as other business support tasks including invoices, letters and collating statistics.
We are looking for someone who is able to work on their own initiative with experience of relationship building skills; a person who is a natural team player, with a strong customer focus and can demonstrate a passion for getting results in a busy environment. You must be dedicated, flexible, proactive and able to adapt well to change. This is a supportive and well-established team. The AMHP team is currently a host service based in North Northants but provides a service to North Northamptonshire and West Northamptonshire Councils.
Awareness and understanding of Mental Health would be an advantage.

Working Pattern is 9am-9pm Mon-Sun, exact hours/shifts TBC
