Job Description

Positions Available:

Chef De Partie:

  • Execute culinary tasks with precision and creativity, specializing in assigned sections.
  • Contribute to menu development, maintain cleanliness, and uphold food safety standards.
  • Previous experience as Chef De Partie, with proficiency in managing specific kitchen sections.

General Assistant

  • Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests, ensuring a positive experience.

  •  Accurately handle transactions, operate tills, and manage cash/card payments.

  •  Assist with basic food preparation and beverage service as required.

  •  Maintain cleanliness across service areas, including dining spaces, counters, and kitchen zones, following hygiene standards.

  •  Refill and maintain vending machines, ensuring they are clean, stocked, and functioning properly.



Qualifications

Requirements:

Chef De Partie:

  • Proven experience working in a professional kitchen, ideally as a CDP or in a similar role.

  • Strong background in preparing fresh, seasonal dishes to a high standard.

  • Experience with menu planning and contributing creative ideas.

  • Familiarity with food safety standards and completion of due diligence documentation.

  • Ability to manage a section independently and support junior team members

General Assistant:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role within hospitality, catering, or retail (preferred but not essential).

  • Familiarity with basic food preparation and handling.

  • Experience operating a till or handling payments.

  • Understanding of cleaning standards and hygiene practices.

  • Exposure to vending machine maintenance or stock replenishment (desirable).
