Job Purpose and Summary
Supply chain cooridnator will be responsible for processing day to day orders and ensuring timely delivery of orders as per SLA’s in an efficient manner.
What we give
- Order processing, confirmations, invoices, packing lists and all other related documents to clients which are in accordance with compliance and as required for outbound deliveries.
- Respond to customer order enquires with timely and accurate information.
- Monitor the delivery of emergency orders to assigned customer.
- Problem resolution such as product shortage and damage related claims handling.
- Provide administrative and office support for orders to sales team.
- Maintain delivery records and internal reporting as maybe required.
- Product management (expiry, returns, damage) on monthly basis
- Project logistics- Take the lead in project logistics to support the project team with planning, delivery and follow ups
What we ask
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics
- 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent command of English communication skill both verbal and written
- Arabic knowledge would be an added advantage
- Demonstrate strong analytical and interpretation skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of order processing and logistics management and transporting practices in the region
- Demonstrable ability to work on own initiative, to strict deadlines and the ability to prioritize a heavy workload efficiently
- Flexibility to deal with changing requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels
