Commercial Retail Unit Surveyor (3606) – Monument Place
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Retail Unit Surveyor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to maximise commercial income and deliver the annual revenue target for a defined portfolio of station retail units by optimising tenant mix, driving lease events, reducing voids, and enhancing overall asset performance.
The post holder will act as the primary commercial lead for their portfolio, working closely with the Senior Commercial Retail Unit Surveyor, tenants, the property management services contract team, station teams and internal stakeholders to deliver revenue growth, protect income, and ensure a high-quality retail environment across the GTR estate which improves customer experience.
