Customer Service Advisor – Newbridge
We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Advisor to join our team based in Newbridge.
In this role you will be the point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve issues, answer questions and ensure a positive experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities
- Handling all customer enquiries in a professional manner
- Demonstrate excellent customer service to customers over the phone, email & letter
- Resolving customer queries/complaints to customers satisfaction
- Update all relevant systems with accurate information, including supplier portals
- Liaise with other areas of the business as and when required
- Keep customers updated with the status of their request
- Run customer/business reports as and when required
- Working as part of a team and sharing workloads
- Cleansing customer records to ensure information is up to date
This is not an exhaustive list. You may also be required to carry out any other duties as required by the business that you are qualified/trained in that meet the requirements of this role
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience in transport, customer service or office would be desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with computers and Microsoft package
- Exceptional attention to detail
