JOB PURPOSE
RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Store Manager to deliver category performance and commercial targets.

Lead, motivate and develop the sales team to create exceptional client experiences.

Provide regular, real-time coaching to drive individual and team performance.

Act as a role model for the Burberry Experience and behaviours on the shop floor.

Monitor sales performance, identify opportunities and take action to enhance results.

Ensure operational excellence and uphold brand standards across all touchpoints.

Proven experience leading a team in a retail or customer-focused environment.

Strong coaching skills with the ability to inspire and develop others.
