About our schools:
Pay: up to £36,000 a year (depending on qualifications), with sleeps paid in addition to this and extra pay for overtime.
We work with children and young people who need therapeutic placements in a solo service — a smaller, more personal setting where they can really feel at home. You’ll support them with everyday life skills, education, social confidence, and fun experiences that help them believe in themselves.

We can offer:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a children’s residential care home (within the last 5 years)
- Minimum 12 months supervising/managing staff in a care setting
- Level 3 Diploma (or higher) in Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, legislation, and Quality Standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Full UK driving licence & right to work in the UK
- Must be 21+ (to meet industry regulations)
