Are you an experienced E-Commerce Assistant looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to grow your career?
At ellenor, a leading hospice charity based in Gravesend, we are seeking a skilled and proactive E-Commerce Assistant to support and enhance our online operations. In this role, you’ll bring your experience in e-commerce and multi-site management to help drive performance, support teams across multiple locations, and contribute to our strategic goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to set and manage the annual ecommerce budget, taking corrective action where needed
- Support our retail shops, ensuring alignment with strategic plans and compliance with internal policies
- Monitor and evaluate e-commerce performance across platforms
- Oversee ecommerce systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience supporting remote or multi-site teams, including setting and monitoring objectives
- Experience in managing and supporting budgets
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, ideally within a charitable or voluntary sector context
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively
