Here’s more about the role and what we’re looking for: We are looking for a proactive and organised individual with excellent communication skills to work within the School of Design and Creative Arts to provide executive support to the Dean to enable cross university Student and Graduate Enterprise Support. The individual will have experience in cross-university and external work, experience in dealing with complex queries and possess excellent practical IT skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook diary management. They should also be confident when co-ordinating and liaising with VIP’s, students and external visitors, planning events and enterprise support. Key Requirements: Experience within executive administration support and student administration Experience of working in marketing or events Experience of diary management at a senior level and facilitating events and enhancing stakeholder experience Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to maintain confidentiality.
