We’re currently recruiting a dedicated Facilities Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Defence on a part time basis, contracted to 30 hours per week.
As a Facilities Assistant, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of facility management with the wider facilities team. Your key responsibilities will include:

Escort visitors, contractors, and deliveries from the main gate to designated areas (e.g., messes, shops).

Escort service vehicles such as bin lorries and sanitary bin personnel across all required locations.

Assist with general cleaning duties across the site when escorting is not required.

Support mess operations including washing up, general cleaning, and potentially assisting at the till.

Be flexible and able to multitask across a variety of site duties as needed.
