The Finance Business Partner will play a crucial role in driving financial performance, providing strategic financial insights, and supporting decision-making processes across the organisation. This role will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure financial objectives are met and to contribute to the overall success of Achieve together.
The role’s main responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly management accounts and KPIs
- Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
- Conduct variance analysis and identify key drivers of financial performance
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts
About you
Our perfect candidate would have:
- Qualified or part qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) preferred
- Proven experience in a similar finance business partnering role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
