About The Role
SALARY: from £41,567 pa dependent on experience
LOCATION: One Delaware Drive, Milton Keynes
HYBRID WORKING: Our current hybrid working policy requires a minimum of 20% of working time to be based in the Milton Keynes office however flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the business and the role.
HOURS / CONTRACT TYPE : 35 hours per week, full time permanent.

We’re looking for a Finance & Leasing Reporting Analyst to take responsibility for conducting analysis and providing insight to support decision making within finance, leasing, renewals and aftersales campaigns.
When we use the word campaigns, we don’t mean Marketing Campaigns, if you have experience with Finance Campaigns, or you are able to take data, digest it, build a story and use that data to help influence key stakeholders then we want to hear from you.
This analytical role will be instrumental in delivering the forecast of tactical costs and incremental returns from campaign proposals received.
What you’ll be doing: Avoid Jargon
• Provide analysis and insight to support the CDM steer stakeholder decision making with campaigns (VWG
brands, VWFS sales, VWFS aftersales and VWFS fleet).
• Evaluate new campaign proposals by forecasting tactical costs and incremental returns whilst considering any risk of harm to customers. Support the IPM by making recommendations on how campaign proposals could be improved prior to sign off.
• Where campaign errors have been identified post deployment, evaluate the cost to VWFS associated with customer or brand remediation.
• Provide ad hoc campaign analysis and insight as required by the Commercial Steering Committee
• Conduct market scanning to identify key automotive trends with a specific focus on campaign offers from captives, independent finance houses and banks.

• Enthusiasm, drive, commitment and confidence to achieve goals of team and self with minimal supervision.
• Able to handle and prioritise multiple tasks.
