The Opportunity
As a Fuel Supply Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our Nuclear Fuel Supply Strategy (NFSS) team. You’ll analyse market trends, financial data, and regulatory changes to help us meet our business goals and contractual commitments.
This is a dynamic role that requires a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach. You’ll be at the heart of our mission to deliver safe, reliable and sustainable energy across the UK.
This role is based at Gloucester Business Park.
Pay, Benefits & Culture
The salary range associated with this role is between £45,641 – £68,958. You’ll be appointed based on the parameters outlined in the Company Agreement as well as your existing salary, competence, experience and qualifications.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be responsible for gathering and interpreting market intelligence, financial data, and legislative updates to support our Nuclear Fuel Supply Strategy. Your insights will help shape decisions that ensure EDF UK meets its contractual obligations and business objectives.
Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll provide clear, actionable analysis that supports strategic planning and risk management. Your work will directly contribute to the safe and efficient operation of our nuclear energy assets.
This role offers the chance to make a tangible difference in the energy sector, helping Britain transition to a low-carbon future while maintaining high standards of safety and performance.
Who You Are
You bring a solid understanding of SAP, AGS, and financial processes, with a keen appreciation for the unique nature of nuclear operations. Ideally, you’ll also have knowledge of nuclear fuel and equipment manufacturing, and the financial intricacies of supply contracts.
Your communication and stakeholder management skills are top-notch, and you’re confident in budgeting, risk management, and using tools like Microsoft Office, SAP, AMS, and CDMS. You maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards, knowing when to seek expert advice and how to identify key issues.
You hold at least an HNC, preferably a degree in Science, Engineering, or Business, or an equivalent professional qualification. With experience in logistics or commercial roles, you’re ready to mentor others and manage multiple projects with precision and insight.
