Hospitality Manager

Up to £30,000 per annum

We’re looking for a polished, customer-focused Hospitality Manager with a strong background in high-end hotel events, meetings, or premium guest services. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service experiences, ensuring every interaction reflects quality, attention to detail, and professionalism.

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee the daily delivery of high-end hospitality, meetings and events services, ensuring an outstanding guest experience at every touchpoint
  • Work closely with the management team to drive seamless operations and consistently high service standards
  • Support financial activities such as stock control, ordering and cost awareness
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the client and guest experience, bringing fresh, creative ideas
  • Build strong, professional relationships with clients, stakeholders and visitors
  • Ensure all compliance, safety and brand standards are maintained at all times

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in a premium hospitality, hotel events, meetings or guest services environment
  • A highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing setting
  • A confident communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional, personalised service
