If so, then we are looking for you.IKEA Belfast are looking to welcome a 39 hour IKEA Food Co-worker to their team.If you love taking responsibility and working in a fast-paced environment this is the job for you.WHAT WE OFFER• £12.60 per hour• 39 hours per week working Monday – Friday 7am-3:30pm• Flexibility will be discussed at interview, but evenings and weekend working will be expectedWe operate 7 days a week to meet the shopping needs of our customersDue to Health & Safety regulations, applicants must be over the age of 18.WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE• Physically able to take on the manual handling aspects of this role• Ability to have constructive conversations with external partners• Be Self-reliant and motivated, ready to work independently and as part of our team • Ability to remain organised and detail-orientated, even when things get busy. • Our ideal candidate is passionate and friendly with a roll up your sleeve mindset to work alongside the team.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY• You’ll be receiving deliveries from external contractors to ensure we have the correct stock so we can meet the needs of our customers and co-workers. • Take ownership of stock control whilst complying with food safety standards• Working in fridges and freezers, storing deliveries quickly and efficiently in compliance with our food safety management system. • Building and maintaining good relationships with the delivery drivers and be comfortable accepting or declining orders based on the required standards.• Working with pump trucks to move palettes of stock.
