Job Summary

- The scope of the position includes, but is not limited to:
- Tasks and responsibilities:
- Organizations’ subject matter expert for all the systems, rules and regulations for the agent’s resident state to ensure that an agent can get licensed in that specific state.
- Interacts with the state body when issues arise that prevent an agent from becoming licensed.
- Establishes, implements, and maintains a formalized review process for compliance, including a review (audit) process ensuring compliance with state requirements, client’s standards and policies.
- Verifies licensure of new employees, if applicable and may conduct or authorize background reports. Notifies agents of non-compliance and assists them in remedying the issue by supporting agents with background issues, write statements and get necessary court documents.
- Applies for agent’s resident state licensure once they have passed the exam.
- Dis-affiliate agents when they leave the company.
- Tracks agent’s development and “Continuing Education” and ensures agents, team leaders and trainers get all the necessary CE done in time for their license renewal.
- Tracks agent licenses; renewal and state additions and apply for license renewals before license expiration; prepares applications and submits paperwork to appropriate licensing bodies or governmental agencies.
- Analyzes new agent text and email responses, Exam FX logins, study percentage progress, study hours and compile a report with notes, test scores, test attempts.
- Supports, collaborates and provides guidance to the recruiting team ensuring the right expectations around requirements and study efforts are provided
- Aligns with recruitment ensuring agent background checks and plays a role in candidate qualification/disqualification.
- Manages the fingerprint process and procedure for all passing students for state required purposes and provides them to licensing specialist
- Organizes/schedules test dates and times; communicates information to learning specialists and students via text and email while supporting financial objectives; controlling costs to the best of our abilities; coordinating with Exam FX in obtaining study vouchers.
- May perform other additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Work Experience
- Two years related experience with insurance licensure with comprehensive knowledge of subject matter; or related training/education and experience is required.
- Must meet licensure requirement for the specific Line of business.
- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and practices preferred
- Call center or other high volume environment experiences is a plus.
Education
– High school / GED completion required.
– Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
Salary Range
The base pay range for this position is up to $17 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience.
