We’re Hiring: Learning & Development Coordinator
Hybrid – 1–2 days/week in Basford, Nottingham

About the Role
As a key member of our Learning & Development team, you’ll be the face of the Salutem Academy, coordinating high-quality training and development opportunities for our dedicated workforce. From induction to specialist qualifications, you’ll ensure our teams are equipped to deliver outstanding care and education.
What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for all L&D queries, delivering exceptional customer service
- Coordinate training requests and manage bookings via our Academy system
- Monitor training compliance and support services to meet mandatory targets
- Liaise with external providers to source specialist training
- Promote learning opportunities across internal platforms
- Administer our online learning systems and support budget management
- Contribute to exciting L&D projects and initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
- Experience coordinating training, events, or apprenticeships
- Business Admin or Customer Service qualification
Desirable:
- L&D or HR qualification
- Experience with learning management systems
- Knowledge of Skills for Care, CQC, Ofsted, Estyn
- Understanding of the training cycle and social care sector
