We’re looking for a motivated school or college leaver to join our Commercial Team in Milton Keynes as a Management Trainee. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, gain real industry experience, and develop a long-term career in the fast-moving world of housebuilding.
From day one, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands-on exposure to:

Procurement and buying

Cost management and budgeting

Working with subcontractors and suppliers

Financial reporting and commercial processes

The full housebuilding and construction journey

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Management Trainee within the Commercial Team, you will:

Support the Commercial Team with day-to-day project and administrative activities

Gain exposure to estimating, procurement, surveying, and cost control processes
-
Assist with subcontractor and supplier coordination
-
Learn how commercial decisions impact the delivery of housing developments
-
Carry out assigned tasks and project work accurately and to agreed deadlines
-
Contribute ideas and participate actively in meetings, training sessions, and development activities
-
Build positive working relationships with colleagues across departments
-
Take ownership of your learning and professional development
-
Fully engage with training and apprenticeship requirements throughout the programme
What We’re Looking For

Completed or predicted completion of a Level 3 qualification (A Levels, T Level, or equivalent)
