What you’ll be doing

We are looking for someone who is both creative and analytical. You’ll have gained great insights into what makes an effective marketing campaign that delivers a good return on investment. You’ll need to be good at juggling priorities, working with colleagues across different teams, and be able to take ownership of your own campaigns and budgets. You’ll understand the importance of being the ‘voice of the customer’ and ensuring campaigns and activity are customer focussed. Experience of data / CRMs and multiple marketing channels would be preferred.

Who we are looking for

Reporting to a Head of Marketing, you’ll be working across all channels, to support ambitious sales growth for our Assessment list. 

You’ll:

  • Analyse market information and data to inform decision-making process and identify marketing opportunities
  • Write and execute cohesive, global multi-channel marketing plans for your areas, tracking and reporting on success and taking remedial action where appropriate with a focus on growth, and retention
  • Work closely with both sales and product teams to develop messaging and target segments, using a CRM effectively
  • Maintain and share market insights
  • Liaise with external agencies, designers, printers and mailing houses to deliver timely and effective marketing plans within budget
  • Contribute to product proposals
  • Be the voice of the customer in the business, championing their needs and viewpoint

Salary:

£33,500 – £38,500, dependent on experience (+bonus + benefits)
