Directorate/Faculty
This is a really exciting time to join us. The Marketing and Communications team at DMU is growing, and this role will be a key member of the Directorate’s Marketing team, supporting the Marketing Campaigns Manager and Senior Marketing Officers on the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, across a range of audiences.
The Directorate offers full-service marketing and communications support to the university, comprising brand and creative development; design and print services; corporate and student recruitment marketing campaigns; CRM and conversion campaigns; faculty marketing and recruitment; reputation management; media relations; internal and external communications engagement; events; schools and colleges engagement; Widening Participation; enquiry management and follow up; web and digital development and market insight.
Role
Reporting into a Senior Marketing Officer, you will work on the development of high-impact, effective marketing content and materials to support the university’s ‘The Empowering University’ strategy and recruitment ambitions. You will work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders, alongside a team of Marketing Officers, in a highly competitive and fast-paced environment to deliver innovative and high-quality marketing solutions.
To be successful, you will need experience working in a marketing or campaign role, developing and executing successful global advertising and marketing campaigns.
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a forward-thinking, creative and innovative person to support in the development of effective and highly creative engagement and communication plans, for all audiences, including both domestic and overseas. You will have experience in the collaborative development and optimisation of customer journeys, especially across digital channels.
