Our Investments business is a specialist asset manager that focuses on areas where we have both strength and scale to capitalise on the key themes shaping the market, through either public markets or alternative asset classes.
About the Department
Digital Marketing Solutions sits within the Client Group Digital Solutions function and is responsible for delivering cutting-edge
marketing technology solutions that support the marketing teams across Aberdeen Investments. The team is responsible for
understanding business needs, defining requirements, and selecting, implementing and supporting technology solutions that
meet those demands.
Key responsibilities include supporting Web content management, Digital asset management, Sales enablement and Customer
data platforms while ensuring all the marketing and data technologies are connected to provide the business with insights into
client behaviours and trends.
About the Role
The Marketing Technology Enablement Manager is a hands-on role focused on supporting users, administering platforms, and driving adoption of key marketing technologies. This role ensures that users across the business are trained, supported, and empowered to use platforms effectively, while maintaining operational stability and governance.
The Marketing Technology Enablement Manager will work across a suite of platforms including Sitecore, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Aprimo, Seismic, and Cvent, among others and will be pivotal in ensuring these tools are well-integrated, user-friendly, and delivering measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver training and onboarding for new users, ensuring high adoption and effective use of tools.

Act as the first point of contact for platform-related queries, troubleshooting and escalations.

Maintain platform documentation, user guides, and governance standards.

Monitor platform performance, integrations, and data flows to ensure reliability and consistency.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements.

Track and report on platform usage, adoption metrics, and user feedback.

Support change initiatives and enhancements that improve platform usability and business outcomes.

Champion best practices and continuous improvement across the marketing technology ecosystem.
About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess the following:

Strong understanding of marketing platforms and how they support business goals.

Basic proficiency in web markup languages such as HTML and CSS.

Experience administering and supporting platforms such as Sitecore, Marketing Cloud, Aprimo, Seismic, and Cvent.

Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to engage users across varying levels of technical expertise.

Detail-oriented and analytical, with a focus on user experience and operational efficiency.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Experience in maintaining documentation, training materials, and governance frameworks.

Proficiency in ticket management software such as ServiceNow
