Your role 

Capgemini Engineering is looking for a Network Engineer with a technical degree and foundational knowledge in telecom networks and protocols. Must be familiar with Linux, basic scripting, and cybersecurity principles. Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills required. Relevant certifications are a plus. 

 

Your Profile 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of telecom network architecture (e.g., GSM, LTE, 5G, VoIP).
• Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and telecom signaling protocols (SIP, SS7).
• Awareness of cybersecurity principles and tools (firewalls, antivirus, encryption).
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and basic scripting (Python, Bash) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Certifications like CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA (Security), or telecom-specific certifications are a plus.
