Are you a highly organised and proactive project manager with a passion for bringing new food products to life? This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the delivery of exciting product development projects from concept to launch. You’ll be at the heart of our Foods category, working cross-functionally with teams in design, packaging, technical, and commercial operations to ensure every product hits the shelves on time and to the highest standards. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving problems, and enjoy motivating teams to deliver their best work—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Lead new product development projects through the full Stage Gate process—from Kick Off to Post-Implementation Review—to ensure safe and timely launches
- Own and handle the critical path using our project management platform (FIND), adjusting timelines and dependencies to keep projects on track
- Identify and resolve risks and issues early, creating contingency plans and calling out when necessary to ensure delivery
- Facilitate and document Gate meetings, ensuring decisions are made and communicated clearly across partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Design, Packaging, Technical, and GSPs to align on project goals and execution
Who You Are
- Experience managing fast-paced, complex projects with cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Confidence in influencing senior partners and making decisions
- Highly organised, proactive, and efficient approach to work
- Understanding of the Stage Gate process for new product development (NPD)
