Company Description
Cosener’s House Hotel is looking for a receptionist to join our team on a full time basis.
This is a 30 hour per week contract, working four shifts over seven days.
Shifts vary from 07:00-15:00/14:30-22:30
Rate of pay: £20,280.00PA (£13.00 per hour) Over time is available.

Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a front-desk or customer service role and will be the first point of contact for our organization. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and support various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
- Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and presentation
- Support administrative team with data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks
- Manage hotel guest reservations, check in/ check out, guest payments
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and security protocols
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively
