Job Description
Portico are currently recruiting for a Receptionist, based at the city offices of a high-profile law firm.
The Receptionist will join a team of 4 who look after the visitor journey, reception desk, meeting room management, as well as ad hoc admin duties and liaising closely with other internal departments to ensure a smooth overall experience.
Applicants must be friendly, energetic, and professional. They will be well spoken, have a bubbly personality and excellent people skills, giving them the ability to build strong working relationships. They will have the ability to work well under pressure, as well as the ability to multi-task and manage their day effectively to balance the needs of visiting guests with room bookings and events management.
Hours: 35 Hours per week, shifts between 7:30am-7:30pm, Mon-Fri
Salary: £27,500
Qualifications
- Experience within a high-end service delivery role is essential.
- Ability to work in business-level customer service in a high-profile environment.
- Demonstrable knowledge of service excellence.
- Familiarity with both visitor management and room reservations operations preferred.
