Recovery Co-ordinator (T4 Lead) – East Kent

We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our integrated healthcare team as a T4 Co-ordinator. This is a key role supporting adults (aged 18+) with drug and alcohol issues as they access inpatient detox and residential rehabilitation services.

Please note this post will cover all areas of East Kent.
  • You’ll play a vital part in our clients’ recovery journeys by:
  • Overseeing all aspects of the Tier 4 (T4) referral process.
  • Supporting clients with applications for inpatient detox and residential rehab placements.
  • Completing financial assessments and required paperwork.
  • Preparing clients for admission, offering both practical and emotional support.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files and databases to ensure compliance and smooth transitions.
  • Collaborating with the admin lead to communicate any changes to inpatient processes and financial arrangements.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with East Kent treatment services and external rehabilitation providers.
  • Identifying service trends and strengths to help improve outcomes and service delivery.

We are looking for someone will the following skills, knowledge and experience listed below

  • Experienced in working within substance misuse or related health and social care settings (preferred)
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with strong administrative skills
  • Confident in managing client data and following structured processes
  • A compassionate communicator, able to support clients with sensitivity and care
  • Proactive in developing partnerships and working collaboratively across services
