This role will cover various units in the Midlands, a full driving licence and your own car is a necessity.
Job Description
**Key Areas of Responsibility:** Get stuck in and help the Chefs and Front of House Manager bring delicious food to life through preparation and cooking – Serve up meals, snacks & drinks with a smile, and handle payments like a pro – Keep our kitchen sparkling by cleaning all equipment, crockery & cutlery to perfection
- Be the go-to support across all our exciting service areas—from Serveries and Retail to Hospitality, Functions, and Coffee Shops – Champion food safety by ensuring all food is handled in line with our Food Safety & Quality Management System standards – Work safely and responsibly, keeping health & safety at the heart of everything you do – Embrace continuous learning through professional development and training opportunities (including the occasional off-site adventure!)
- Keep our stores organised and tidy by ensuring all raw materials and packaging are stored correctly – Be part of our Zero Harm culture—we all look out for each other and work towards a safer environment
Qualifications
**What We’re Looking For:** **The Essentials:** – A full, valid UK driving licence with at least 12 months of driving experience under your belt and no more than 6 points (we like safe drivers!)
- Brilliant customer service experience, ideally in a catering setting – you’ll be our friendly face, confidently chatting with our customers and clients – Sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet when curveballs come your way – Comfort with cash handling, EPOS systems, and cashless payments – you’ll be a payment pro in no time!
- The Brilliant Extras (We’d Love These!):** – Level 2 Food Safety Qualification – shows you take food safety seriously – Level 2 Health & Safety Qualification – safety champion vibes – be our hero in a pinch
- Previous large-scale catering experience – you’ve seen it all before – Experience managing stock and cash – you’re organised and detail-oriented **The Mindset:** You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces our Zero Harm culture, and genuinely cares about keeping everyone safe.
