Salary – $100,000 – $120,000

We are seeking a detail-oriented Renewals Manager to support the effective management of customer contracts within a subscription-based environment. This role is responsible for reviewing contract terms, managing renewal timelines, and ensuring customers receive clear and accurate information about their agreements.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and interpret customer contracts to identify renewal dates, terms, conditions, and termination clauses
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and renewal activity within CRM or contract management systems
  • Proactively contact customers ahead of renewal dates, outlining available options and next steps
  • Respond to customer queries regarding contract terms, renewals, and termination processes in a timely and accurate manner
  • Identify discrepancies or potential issues within contracts and escalate where appropriate
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Legal and Finance, to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract management and renewal processes
  • Maintain clear records of all customer interactions related to renewals.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in a renewals, complaints, or contract-focused role, ideally within a SaaS or subscription-based business
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in reviewing and interpreting contractual information
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and contract management tools.Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently
  • Customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering a high standard of service
