Reward Partner – Pensions & Benefits (part-time,
3 days a week)
Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid) – 1-2 days in office each
week

We’re
looking for a part-time Reward Partner to provide specialist
Reward knowledge, insight that is critical to supporting the delivery of the
overall business plan, as part of the People Plan. There are some key business
projects in the People Plan for this year that the Reward team will play a key
role in.

This role will focus on benefits and pensions, supporting the overall Reward
strategy for the whole of Bourne Leisure – both the Haven and Warner Hotels
brands.

You will support team members across Parks/Hotels and Support Centre, designing, implementing, and managing Reward structures,
benefits and pay frameworks including bonus and incentive plans, along with
cyclical Reward activities.

Your Opportunity:

To learn, develop and become an expert in a key area of the business by:
– Supporting development and communication of our Total Reward offering and our EVP
– Designing, implementing, managing, and reviewing reward structures and frameworks including benefits and compensation elements such as bonus, commission and incentive plans.
– Acting as project lead on the implementation of benefits and other Reward activities to support our one great team values.
– Partnering with teams across the business to ensure we’re offering Reward initiatives that are fit for purpose and aligning with business needs.
– Managing third party providers

What we’d like you to bring:
– Strong, broad Reward expertise, ideally gained from a hospitality or retail business.
– Practical, hands-on Reward delivery experience, with a particular focus on compensation and benefits
– Strong analytical and scenario modelling skills, including advanced Excel skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate into meaningful information for others.
– Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills, with the ability to present to Senior Leadership
– Excellent problem-solving skills
