Contract: Full Time/Permanent
Hours: 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday, 3 days in the Office, 2 working from Home!

What will I be doing?

Lead and execute a high-impact sales strategy alongside our existing team

Develop and deliver network growth plans with clear targets and measurable outcomes

Generate and convert leads, manage the full sales cycle, and close new business

Promote the AA Prestige brand and VAP proposition to new and existing centres

Build strong relationships and plan daily outreach with precision

Track performance, report results, and continuously improve sales processes
What do I need?

Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management

Strong background in growth strategy and lead generation

Knowledge of the automotive market and commercial awareness of the AA brand

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines

Confident using data to report progress and influence decisions

Full UK driving licence and solid IT literacy
