Senior Business Transformation Analyst – Krakow, Poland

Are you passionate about turning strategy into practical, real‑world solutions?

Do you thrive in a collaborative environment where your insights drive meaningful change across a global organisation?

Join our Internal Consulting team in Krakow and be part of shaping Aon’s future operating model—this is a hybrid role offering flexibility to work both remotely and from our Krakow office!

Aon is in the business of better decisions

At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.

As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive team and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed.

What the day will look like

In this role, you will support the design and delivery of a multi‑year Operating Model Transformation programme, working closely with colleagues across regions, functions, and solution lines. You will translate strategy into actionable insights and help drive measurable outcomes.

Your daily activities may include:

  • Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to understand current processes, organisational structures, and performance drivers
  • Gathering, validating, and interpreting data (e.g. operational metrics, financials, collaborator feedback) to support decision‑making
  • Synthesising complex inputs (such as process maps, interviews, benchmarks) into clear and actionable recommendations
  • Supporting the design of the future operating model, including documenting requirements, user stories, and process flows
  • Preparing materials for senior collaborators, including presentations, reports, and steering committee updates
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams (Technology, Finance, HR, Risk & Compliance) to ensure alignment and progress
  • Capturing collaborator feedback and incorporating it into solutions, documentation, and build outputs
  • Supporting change activities, including SOPs, training materials, and knowledge sharing

How this opportunity is different

This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of Aon’s strategic transformation agenda. You will collaborate with experienced internal consultants, project managers, and subject matter experts while gaining exposure to senior leadership across global teams.

You will play a key role in shaping how Aon operates in the future—working on high‑impact initiatives that influence processes, technology, and organisational design. At the same time, you will be supported in developing your analytical, consulting, and collaborator management skills in a truly inclusive and collaborative environment.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

We are looking for someone who brings a mix of analytical thinking, curiosity, and collaboration. You might be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience (3+ years) in business analysis, consulting, operations improvement, or transformation programmes, ideally in a global or matrix environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and translate insights into clear recommendations
  • Practical experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
  • Confidence using Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with tools such as Power BI or process mapping software is an advantage
  • Strong communication and partner management skills, capable of working effectively across different teams, levels, and geographies
