About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Procurement professional to be a part of NA copack procurement team.

Your responsibilities
- Scope of Responsibility: Managing and overseeing spend, Service, Quality and compliance (Finished products incl Raw and pack materials) of the Reckitt NA copack business.
- Team development: Providing clear and effective leadership to the team, setting goals, identifying development needs, coaching and developing the team members and creating a high-performance team.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with regional/global procurement, Planning, Quality, EMO supply to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with copacks and material suppliers, ensuring they meet quality, delivery and cost expectations.
- Risk Management: Proactively identifying and manage potential risks in the supply chain, including supplier vulnerabilities, market fluctuations and other factors that can impact supply security.
- Supplier Service Optimization: Effective communicate with internal stakeholders and supplier in case of a supplier service issue and develop and implement mitigation strategies to prevent reoccurrence.
- Cost Optimization: Continuously seek opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement in procurement activities.
- Ownership and Accountability: Take ownership of procurement activities related to copack and serve as the face of procurement, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 4 years relevant experience in procurement (Direct materials and/or copack experience is a preferred).
- Good negotiation skills and the ability to drive cost-effective deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Hands-on approach with a high level of ownership and accountability.
- Familiarity with legal and compliance aspects of procurement.
- Self-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Stress tolerant, able to deal with ambiguity and getting things done.
