POSITION OVERVIEW
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Align, develop and implement employee and Executive engagement programs and initiatives across EMEA
- Leverage high energy brand moments to drive community and unite employees around purpose-driven campaigns
- Coordinate regional communication activities that support employer branding and culture-building initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver communication toolkits for local markets
Copy, Digital Asset Creation & Platform Management
- Execute content strategies across internal channels and support channel transformation projects
- Create compelling written and visual content for internal channels including newsletters, intranet/Viva Engage, email, and digital signage
- Drive engagement and develop content for Viva Engage (our internal social platform) and our internal weekly newsletter
- Develop multimedia assets such as graphics, videos, podcasts, and toolkits to support communication initiatives
- Draft and deliver leadership communications including announcements, briefing materials, talking points and employee-facing messages
- Develop storytelling campaigns that bring our company strategy and employee voices to life
Events & Project Management
- Lead the planning and delivery of employee events including Town Halls, Leadership forums, roundtables and social events
- Support the management of external production vendors and venue partners to execute in-person, virtual and hybrid events
- Track engagement and performance metrics across communications and events
- Manage in partnership with Employee Comms Lead the department budget
Business Alignment
- Ensure department and regional alignment for all employee-led initiatives and events
- Lead a large network of internal partners involved in cross-organizational projects across complex delivery networks
- Support of EMEA editorial and content calendar
- Collate market research and support communication strategies
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Excellent verbal and written communications and editing skills, including interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient in Adobe Suite, Figma, FirstUp, Monday.com, Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Understanding of EMEA market dynamics and cultural considerations is ideal
- Strategic thinker with the ability to look at the big picture and dive into the details
- Passionate, self-starter approach to work and strong problem solver; ability to work in an ambiguous environment and deliver high-quality results
- Collaborative working style with natural curiosity and strong storytelling abilities
- Proven project management skills and managing multiple stakeholder relationships
