The role:
To manage the deliverable of day-to-day Revenue Operations function within IRIS, driving process refinement, excellence in analysis and measurement of our revenue functions and driving innovation projects to improve our commercial function. The successful person will lead a small team of people based both in the UK and India to deliver a world class Revenue Operations function, partnering with departmental leads and senior stakeholders around the business to deliver commercial excellence.
Key Responsibilities
-Managing the Revenue Operations team across the different locations of the function
-Managing the day to day deliverables of the team
-Liaising with key stakeholders on output from the team and reviewing deliverables accordingly
-Leading the Revenue Operations function in key programmes of work
-Identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation in Revenue Operations and driving forward programmes of work to deliver these
-Managing the day to day line management of a team of people and motivating team members to produce outstanding results.
-Building a roadmap for Revenue Operations and agreeing the content with the Director, then delivering on those items
