As a Senior Product Lead for GTM Tech, you will apply a product owner skillset and mindset to lead a team and shape the strategic direction, development, and operational excellence of Trustpilot’s Salesforce ecosystem and related Go-To-Market (GTM) tools. This pivotal role sits at the intersection of business and technology, ensuring alignment between company goals, stakeholder needs, and technical capabilities, with an integral delivery component ranging from business-as-usual user support to technical transformation. In short, you’ll be enhancing the way Trustpilot goes to market!

As we continue to scale, the ideal candidate will bring a product owner mindset and approach to our internal platforms, playing a key role in shaping the roadmap, building scalable systems, and leading an effective team of business analysts, developers and QA. They will possess a deep understanding of the Salesforce landscape, a strategic mindset, and a demonstrated ability to translate business vision into actionable technology roadmaps.

What you’ll be doing:

Strategic leadership:

  • Guide the strategic direction of Trustpilot’s go-to-market tools and platforms that support commercial, marketing, and customer service.
  • Understand the broader business context and the specific operational areas your team supports, ensuring technology solutions are fit-for-purpose and drive desired business outcomes.
  • Keep up with go-to-market technology trends to identify and implement innovative solutions that provide a competitive edge.

Roadmap development and delivery:

  • Set and deliver a multi-year roadmap for the entire Salesforce portfolio for Trustpilot, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Identify needed capabilities and how to best deliver them through existing or additional tools and platforms.
  • Be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of technology projects within the Salesforce portfolio, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Collaborate closely with functional business partners (Commercial, Marketing, CX) to align roadmaps with functional strategies and requirements, with Product teams to digitise the user journey (e.g., consumer chat support, in-app ticketing), and with other Digital Enablement teams to deliver technology change
  • Lead end-to-end delivery across Salesforce platforms, managing a continuous pipeline of bug fixes, enhancements, and user support.
  • Balance BAU execution with strategic technical transformation, improving process improvements and ticket management to evolve platform capabilities.

Thought leadership:

  • Bring pragmatic thought-leadership about how technology can shape how Trustpilot interacts with customers through commercial, marketing, and customer experience teams.
  • Apply AI within the Salesforce and GTM technology landscape to drive better customer experience, more effective conversion, and efficiency.
  • Translate thought-leadership into specific actions and recommendations for implementation.

Technical and team leadership:

  • Provide technical leadership for Salesforce and other go-to-market tools and platforms.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of technology professionals including Business Analysts, Developers, and QA Engineers, cultivating a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate effectively with federated admin teams (e.g., embedded SF Admins in CX, CI, Commercial) to ensure aligned delivery of new requirements and shared backlog management.
  • Co-ordinate, motivate, and engage the team, ensuring they are aligned with strategic priorities and have the resources and support needed to meet goals.
  • Oversee day-to-day delivery, ensuring platform stability and efficient support for GTM systems.
  • Implement effective resource planning and allocation to meet project demands and operational needs.

Governance and standards excellence:

  • Set good practice standards and guidelines for change management, platform and user governance, incident management, and data governance within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Ensure a robust, scalable, and secure Salesforce architecture.
  • Champion best practices in system administration, data management, integration, and security within the Salesforce technology stack.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimise existing systems and processes to enhance performance and user satisfaction.

Who you are:

  • You bring a deep understanding of GTM technology and the platforms that enable effective commercial and customer-facing teams.
  • You have extensive practical experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a proficient grasp of architecture, configuration, process design, and system integration across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • You are a pragmatic AI evangelist who can inspire and engage with a vision for the future, and also deliver realistic AI-enabled improvements in the near-term
  • You think strategically and methodically, connecting business goals to scalable technology solutions and building roadmaps that deliver measurable impact.
  • You are an experienced problem-solver, comfortable navigating complexity, identifying root causes, and implementing effective, lasting solutions.
  • You are a skilled and decisive leader, adept at building, inspiring, and cultivating balanced teams in environments where change is frequent.
  • You’re an effective communicator – clear, concise, and persuasive with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels and bridge technical and non-technical perspectives.
  • You have directed project execution from beginning to end, overseeing schedules, resource distribution, prioritisation, and risk control to ensure favorable outcomes.
  • You’re motivated by what’s next, diligently exploring emerging technologies, particularly AI, and how they can unlock new capabilities across the GTM and CX landscapes.
  • You thrive in cross-functional environments and have a collaborative mindset, working seamlessly with Marketing, Commercial, Customer Service, Customer Success, Ops, and Tech teams.
  • You have the ability to adjust strategies smoothly and are skilled, making you comfortable with shifting priorities in unpredictable situations.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with broader GTM tools (e.g., marketing automation platforms, customer data platforms, analytics tools).
  • Experience with data infrastructure (e.g., Segment, BigQuery) and integrations.
  • Previous experience working in a high-growth, matrixed organisation.
