About the role

The School of Education, Communication and Society are looking for a Senior Programme Officer to join our education team supporting teaching across the School.
 
The Senior Programme Officer will act as a first point of contact for students and academic staff, providing a professional, supportive, responsive and personable service. The role organises support for processes across the whole academic cycle, ensuring accurate and timely record management across multiple systems. The role holder is responsible for resolving complex day-to-day issues, responding in line with university Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). It would be a great opportunity for anyone with a passion for supporting the delivery of excellent education from the heart of London. 
 
This is a full-time post (35 hours per week), and you will be offered a fixed-term contract until 18/12/2026.
