Replenishment Colleague

Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring shelves and displays are fully stocked, well-presented, and maintained to deliver an excellent online shopping experience. Works as part of the store team to keep products available, tidy, and rotated according to company standards and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Replenish stock on shelves and displays to maintain full product availability.

  • Check product dates and ensure correct stock rotation (FIFO).

  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment on the shop floor and in the stockroom.

  • Follow planograms and merchandising standards to ensure accurate product placement.

  • Report low stock levels, damaged goods,

  • Support deliveries by unloading stock, checking items, and organizing storage areas efficiently.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily replenishment targets and deadlines.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

  • Evening shift 5pm – 10pm.

Our operation runs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and with that brings a wide variety of shift patterns. If you’re looking for flexible working to fit around your lifestyle, then look no further! We’ll work with you on your shifts, but late and weekend working is a requirement of our roles, and we may need to be flexible with your work pattern. the position entails replenishing products on the shelves. Our customers are our priority and we take pride in providing excellent service, welcoming stores and ‘extra special’ products. We work as a team to maximise sales and deliver a great online shopping experience.  About You You’ll be naturally friendly and want to get stuck in, working with your team to deliver great results. You’ll have an enthusiastic approach to learning new skills across different departments. You care about giving customers a great shopping experience.
