We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sous Chef – Asian Cuisine to help us create exceptional food experiences for Compass Group Ireland on a full time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, office hours.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Commercially focused with ability to measure impact and results
- Ability to create effective relationships, influence and collaborate internally and externally at
all organizational levels
- Ability to work individually and within a team
- Passion about food and customer service
- Demonstrates Compass values and recognition principles
- Understands and has knowledge of industry trends and direction
- Ability to learn and effectively utilise Client tools
- Strong communicator that can confidently speak with all levels within the business, where necessary utilising negotiation and reasoning skills
- Communicate and collaborate across many teams about multiple projects taking place simultaneously
- Good interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to spot new and innovative ways to produce food solutions to our customers
