 Your Working Hours:

– Early Shift: 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM

– Late Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM

– Includes alternate weekends

– Day shifts only – perfect for those who thrive in daytime routines.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

– Promote the rights of individuals accessing our services, ensuring principles of choice, control, dignity, respect, involvement, and empowerment are upheld.

– Support emotional well-being by enabling individuals to take responsibility for their lives and make informed decisions about their care and treatment.

– Create opportunities and choices that help individuals achieve their desired outcomes and maintain control over service decisions.

– Encourage physical, emotional, social, and intellectual well-being, including support to access local facilities and opportunities.

– Meet practical and personal care needs, including dietary and nutritional support and hands-on care tasks where applicable.

– Assist with the administration of prescribed medicines in line with departmental policy and local protocols to ensure safe and proper procedures.
