We’re looking for a Support Worker to join our team in Tonypandy on a fixed-term basis for 12 months, covering a period of maternity leave  and pay is £13.00 per hour. You’ll be supporting six incredible adults with sensory loss and learning disabilities to live safely and happily in their own homes and your contribution will matter from day one.

You will be working 37.5 hours per week, our service runs Monday to Sunday across a mixture of early shifts (7am–2:30pm), late shifts (2:30pm–10pm). Flexibility is essential and you may occasionally be required to pick up night shifts.

  • Providing personal care and practical day-to-day support
  • Supporting people to access their community and pursue their interests
