Role
We are seeking a Teaching Fellow to contribute to postgraduate teaching across the business and management portfolio, including the MSc Project Management with Sustainability.
The programme develops responsible project management professionals who can plan, deliver and evaluate complex projects while addressing environmental, social and economic sustainability. It combines project management principles, governance and ethics, risk and resilience, digital innovation and AI, stakeholder engagement, change management and applied sustainability consultancy.
We are looking for a motivated and collaborative academic with strong subject knowledge and excellent teaching practice who can deliver engaging, practice-based learning for a diverse postgraduate student body.

Key responsibilities
The successful candidate will deliver teaching in business, project management, sustainability and related subjects, lead designated modules and contribute to curriculum development, particularly within the MSc Project Management with Sustainability. They will design and deliver innovative and industry-informed teaching and assessment, supervise postgraduate projects and consultancy work, support student engagement and employability, build relationships with employers and external partners, and contribute to recruitment and marketing activities.
Ideal candidate
We are seeking a collaborative colleague with expertise in business and management and the ability to teach international business, project management, corporate sustainability, stakeholder engagement or related areas. The successful candidate will contribute across teaching, curriculum development and wider academic activities and demonstrate a commitment to high-quality, inclusive and practice-informed education, supporting student success and the continued development of DMU London's academic portfolio.
