Don’t hold a CBT licence yet? We’ll pay for you to get one.
We’re recruiting Traffic Attendants to patrol Belfast on a moped/scooter, and if you’re not already licensed, full CBT training is funded as part of your training, so the main thing we need from you is the right attitude, not the licence. This is a hands-on, outdoor role where you’ll be a visible, helpful presence in the local community, supporting safe and fair parking across our managed street parking and car parks.
The Role:
On a typical shift you’ll be out on patrol by moped, checking parking restrictions, issuing guidance where needed, and explaining clamping and fines clearly and calmly to members of the public. You’ll need to be confident, approachable, and comfortable having those conversations face-to-face so strong customer service is just as important as your riding ability.
Why join us:
- Fully funded CBT training if you need it
- Full job training and ongoing support provided
- Uniform, mobile phone and PPE supplied
- 28 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)
- Company pension
- Death in service benefit
What we’re looking for:
- Friendly, clear communicator who’s comfortable dealing with the public
- Happy working outdoors in all weather
- Moped licence/CBT helpful but not required, we’ll train you
So, are you interested in an active, outdoor role with real community impact? Apply now and become part of a company that values its people and offers real opportunities to grow!
IMPORTANT: Before applying for this role, please make sure you have the right to work in the country where the role is based. Unless it clearly stipulates within in the job advert above that the hiring company is looking to or able to sponsor applicants it is deemed that the hiring employer will only consider applications from those able to comply with and work in the country where the role is based.
