Location: Dingwall (Office-based)
Salary: £26436.80 per annum
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Transfer of Liability Administrator to join our APCOA team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing Transfer of Liability (TOL) requests, ensuring all documentation is reviewed accurately and in line with relevant legislation, company procedures, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process Transfer of Liability requests.
- Validate supporting documentation, including hire agreements and keeper details.
- Update internal systems accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with the GDPR, and client-specific procedures where applicable.
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve queries and ensure cases are progressed efficiently.
- Identify and escalate any process issues or anomalies.
Skills and Experience
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competent in Microsoft Office.
- Experience in administration, is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided.
