Treasury Analyst with Portuguese – Krakow, Poland

As a Treasury Analyst you’ll become a part of our Global Capability Centre Finance department and you’ll facilitate bank admin activities by i.e., managing user profile accesses and handling corporate accounts on the bank platforms, together with analyzing databases on ad-hoc and regular basis.

This is a hybrid role, giving you the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Kraków office.

What the day will look like:

The responsibilities include back-office operations such as:

  • Proactively cooperate with banks as well as the teams in EMEA and NA region to make sure all service level agreements are met
  • Develop, track and report metrics/performance on various business situations/projects
  • Handle local bank accounts as well as user profiles accesses on various banking platforms with attention to details
  • Handle Cash-Pool and Netting environment for global corporate structure thoroughly
  • Provide clients with reports and standard bank confirmations on ad-hoc basis
  • Support SOX Controls and collaborating with internal and external auditors in terms of relevant backups.
  • Handle Service-Now and shared mailbox effectively by communicating priorities with the team
  • Due to the Portuguese language requirement, support the wider Treasury team by liaising with local banks on cash management matters, including payment queries and other day-to-day banking requests.
  • Contribute to process improvement by finding opportunities for AI-enabled automation, including creating and regularly using Copilot Agents to streamline recurring Treasury Bank Administration activities.

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

  • English and Portuguese language – at least on a B2+ level
  • Ability to work independently and coordinate tasks effectively according to volumes
  • Strong self-management and prioritization skills
  • Proactive approach to dynamic business needs
  • Ability to analyze data and check its accuracy diligently
  • Adaptability for balanced use of flexible working hours (start between 7AM and 10AM)
  • Willingness to improve and automate work and tackle new challenges and tasks
  • Interest in AI-driven automation and confidence in using digital tools to improve efficiency, consistency and quality of recurring processes.
  • Experience in Banking, Finance or Accounting would be a strong asset
