UK Client Service Delivery Administrator – Krakow, Poland
As part of the team, you will work closely with UK colleagues to provide comprehensive support in coordinating retirement solutions for our clients. Our main activities include managing digital platforms, handling member communications, analyzing process data, and preparing reports that help advise key decisions.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, validating, and verifying operational data, as well as directly collaborating with UK teams to ensure the highest quality of service and effective delivery of solutions.
Our office is located in Krakow, and for this position we offer flexibility with a hybrid working arrangement.

What the day will look like
You’ll play a key role in supporting our retirement solutions by ensuring operational excellence and effective governance. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality support to stakeholders and members, ensuring service level agreements are met
- Handling document systems, digital platforms, and member communications
- Responding to queries, handling ad-hoc requests, and proactively identifying and intensifying risks
- Supporting financial processes and providing operational assistance to internal teams
- Collaborating with colleagues across Krakow and the UK, sharing knowledge, and driving process improvements

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- University degree or equivalent work experience
- Exceptional English interpersonal skills (C1 level), able to lead meetings and negotiate effectively
- Outstanding time management and organizational abilities
- Good Excel skills – at least at an intermediate level because it’s a key working tool for processing insurance data.
- Attention to details – you need to be able to keep track of lots of data and enjoy working at a fast pace
