IKEA Croydon are looking to welcome Warehouse Assistants to join our hard-working fulfilment team. Join our fast-paced warehouse team where every day brings new challenges and teamwork drives our success. We want to hear from you!WHAT WE OFFER • Start Date of employment will be: 1st November 2025.• Competitive hourly rate of £13.85 per hour. • 16 Hours working 4 days per week, and including dayshift, evenings and 3 in 4 weekends.• Shift patterns will range from 6am to 10pm.• We can discuss flexibility to match your life and our business needs during the interview. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY • Accurately pick and pack customer orders for Click and Collect and online purchases, ensuring timely and high-quality preparation.• Proactively replenish store stock and maintain well-presented shelves, supporting excellent product availability and a positive shopping experience.• Manual handling of heavy stock. • Working with or around heavy machinery, such as, Forklift trucks, counterbalance, pump trucks, to safely and efficiently transport heavy goods within the warehouse. • Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed for a secure environment for both our customers and co-workers.
