Salary: £32,000

Location: Based within the Anglian Water region covering the Norwich area. Please note your placements may vary across the region and departments so flexibility is essential.

You’ll gain hands-on experience and insight into the complexities of water management and build a strong foundation for a long-term career in the water industry.

Anglian Water abstracts, treats, and produces over 1.2 billion litres of world-class drinking water every day, serving millions of customers across the East of England. This essential service is delivered by our Water Production team, which plays a crucial role in ensuring clean, sustainable water reaches our communities. As a Water Treatment Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of this mission, helping to manage and optimise the performance of our water treatment assets and teams. You’ll play a key role in:

  • Supporting the delivery of operational plans across your area.

  • Collaborating with teams and partners to improve performance and customer service.

  • Helping manage operational incidents while ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards are upheld.

  • Analysing data to improve asset performance, reduce risks, and support decision-making.

  • Contributing to the planning and delivery of capital projects within Water Production.

  • Coaching and supporting team members to grow and succeed in a fast-paced operational environment.
