Weekend Control Room Operative
Location: Wigan
Hours: 22 hours per week*
Salary: £15,862 per annum / £12.71 per hour

We are looking for highly customer-focused individuals to join our existing Customer Service Team in Wigan. As a Control Room Operative, you will provide professional and helpful responses to customers whilst maintaining the highest service standards.
 
*Shift Pattern: Saturday and Sunday (08:00-20:00)



What you’ll do:
  • Take inbound telephone calls
  • Respond to email enquiries
  • Take intercom calls 
  • Ensure the accuracy of information provided is paramount
  • Certify accuracy and a high attention to details

What you’ll bring:
  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Effective listening to build rapport with our customers
  • Be able to respond to enquiries in a professional manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to absorb new information
  • Ability to multitask and adapt
  • Able to work with minimum supervision

What we’ll offer you
  • £14,540.24 per annum / £12.71 per hour 
  • 22 hours per week (Saturday and Sunday (08:00-20:00 + 1 hour unpaid lunch)
