It's a busy and exciting time for the brand and we’re on the hunt for a B2C Partnership Executive to join our NL Ecommerce Team.

Job Purpose

Supports the marketing, external relationships, operations and administration for the B2C Partnership Manager covering a varied range of trading and commercial activity across various marketing channels including New Look gift card (across various channels), third party cards/vouchers i.e. Love2Shop and One4All, and Ways to Pay i.e. Klarna and PayPal.

This role is an important tactical support for the B2C partnerships manager who manages up to 20 various external partnerships.   

Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Gift Card and Third-Party Cards
  • Supports with delivering the annual marketing plan across all gift card and third-party card channels.
  • Involved in external partner meetings agreeing actions and tactical plans to improve revenue and performance.
  • Assists with the annual planning, creative, data ordering and production of all B2C gift cards.
  • Responsible for delivering the weekly sales reporting and analysis of gift card and third-party card performance.
  • Develop ways to improve the weekly sales/revenue reporting and analysis with inputs from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supports the delivery with Partnership manager the tactical in store, online, multi retail and mall gift card deliverables.
  • Create a plan to optimise gift card and third-party card redemption at checkout online and in store to drive incremental revenue for New Look

 

Ways to Pay

  • Involved in external partner meetings agreeing marketing and operational plans to improve revenue and performance.
  • Working with trade and CRM to ensure Klarna and PayPal is promoted giving customers choice.
  • Understands the required compliance and T&C’s with customer marketing communication when offering these payment options to customers responsibly
  • Working with external partners on marketing campaigns within their owned channels to drive traffic to newlook.com and stores.
  • Working with both in store and online channels to actively promote and optimise Klarna and PayPal buy now pay later.

 

Administration & Operations

  • Supporting with all campaigns with studio briefs, agreeing creatives, and pre-evaluations
  • Supporting with weekly trade reporting and feedback
  • Responsible for SAP (Purchase Ledger system) – raising purchase orders, invoice receipting, keeping suppliers in check and delivering high compliance to business KPIs
  • Raises all purchase orders on behalf of the channel ensuring suppliers receive these on time. Processing invoices for all suppliers and partners in a timely way. Feeding back to suppliers were adjustments or corrections need to be made
  • Coordinates and administers the gift card B2C budgets ensuring spend is to plan to keep the partnership manager updated on a monthly/period basis. To be involved in the monthly forecast process and assist in developing models and tools with finance to improve reporting
  • Attending meetings and recording key actions and following up for the team with internal stakeholders and external business partners
  • Keep marketing plans and calendars up to date and attend meetings on behalf of the partnership team when appropriate
  • Any other add hoc requests and project work

Skills and Education

Essential Skills

  • Ability to manage multiple task and projects with shifting priorities

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficient at Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Desirable Skills

  • Practical marketing experience
  • Finance and commercial experience
  • Gift card or Ways to Pay experience

Knowledge and Experience

  • Understanding of fashion/retail landscape
  • Worked in a retail financial services business and understands the card payment space
  • Understands gift card business either from a retail, supplier or B2B perspective
  • Enthusiasm for retail marketing and a keen willingness to learn

Minimum level of education or qualifications

  • A-level or equivalent, (degree preferred)
